Levi Evan appeared at the auction, his voice cold as he stared at the auctioneer.

Instantly, the auction hall erupted into chaos. The attendees, including high-ranking officials and business elites, all turned to look at Levi Evan, whispering amongst themselves. Many recognized him as the once-renowned heir of the Evan Household.
The auctioneer's expression shifted slightly as he faced Levi Evan. "Young Master, are you here to participate in the auction? If so, please take a seat and follow the proper procedures."
Levi Evan said nothing, his eyes fixed on the landscape painting as he strode forward.

At that moment, Winston Xu stood up, his face dark with anger. This auction was his chance to win over various powerful factions—how could he allow a young upstart to ruin it?

A group of security personnel immediately appeared in front of Levi Evan, ready to take action.
Suddenly, Cole Sharp and Evie stepped forward, their movements swift and precise, swiftly dealing with the security guards.
Winston Xu's face turned ashen, and he growled, "How dare you cause trouble at the Jiang Auction! You have some nerve!"
As soon as Winston Xu's words fell, a group of black-clad figures emerged—his personal guards, all of whom drew their guns and aimed at Levi Evan and his companions.
Levi Evan glanced at them briefly before continuing towards the painting.
"Fire!"
Winston Xu's expression turned cold as he gave the order.
His guards prepared to fire, but with a flick of Levi Evan's hand, silver needles shot out, piercing the guards' heads before they could react, leaving them all lifeless on the ground.

This miraculous scene stunned Winston Xu and shocked everyone present.

Levi Evan coldly declared as he stood before Winston Xu.

In an instant, Levi Evan's hand struck out, sending Winston Xu flying across the room, his face bloodied and mangled.

The crowd was horrified. Levi Evan had actually dared to lay hands on the vice president of the Jiang Commerce Association!
Levi Evan then approached the auction stage, causing the auctioneer to break out in a cold sweat as he retreated, not daring to say a word. The two staff members holding the painting trembled, swallowing nervously.
Levi Evan gently caressed the landscape painting, a treasured heirloom of his father, and slowly collected it.
"Are you the young master of the Evan Household who miraculously survived?"
Suddenly, Elder Xu stood up, looking sternly at Levi Evan.
Levi Evan's gaze shifted to Elder Xu. "Old man Xu, I didn't expect to see you here!"
"You, a mere survivor of the Evan Household, should have found a remote place to live out your days instead of returning to River City. Expecting us to atone for the deaths of your family is utterly laughable!"
Elder Xu sneered at Levi Evan.
"So you're the one from the Evan Household. I was planning to deal with you tomorrow, but it seems you've delivered yourself to me tonight!"
Timothy Xu said coldly, his eyes full of contempt.
"I don't plan on killing you today. You have nine days left to live, so cherish them."
Levi Evan, holding the painting, prepared to leave.
Tap, tap, tap!!!
Suddenly, the heavy sound of footsteps echoed from outside the auction hall as a group of fully armed soldiers appeared, blocking Levi Evan's path.
"Do you think you can leave today?"
Timothy Xu sneered.
"South River War Zone soldiers!"
Cole Sharp scanned the soldiers before turning to Timothy Xu. "You're from the South River War Zone?"
"That's right, South River War Zone, Three-Star Colonel, Timothy Xu!"
Timothy Xu declared with arrogance.
"A mere Three-Star Colonel dares to be so arrogant? Is this how Jiang Tengshan usually trains you?"
Cole Sharp's face remained expressionless as he spoke coldly.
"Silence! How dare you insult the Commander!"
Timothy Xu's expression turned icy as he launched an attack on Cole Sharp.

With a swift motion, Cole Sharp's right hand flashed, and a dagger was suddenly at Timothy Xu's throat, freezing him in place!
"Release the Colonel!"
The soldiers, seeing their leader in danger, shouted at Cole Sharp.
"The Heir has said, you'll live a few more days."
Cole Sharp coldly replied, retracting his dagger. Timothy Xu gasped for breath, his face twisted with rage as he shouted, "Shoot! Kill them!"

The soldiers immediately raised their guns, ready to fire at Levi Evan and his companions.
"Get lost!"
Levi Evan commanded coldly, taking a step forward. A wave of invisible force blasted the soldiers off their feet, sending them crashing to the ground, coughing up blood.

Cole Sharp's eyes gleamed with murderous intent as he stared at Timothy Xu, ready to strike him down.
Timothy Xu's heart skipped a beat, his face changing as he shouted, "I'm from the South River War Zone! If you harm me, the Commander won't spare you!"
"Is someone from the South River War Zone that impressive?"
Levi Evan glanced at Timothy Xu before snatching the dagger from Cole Sharp's hand and hurling it.

The dagger pierced Timothy Xu's throat, killing him instantly.
Timothy Xu's eyes widened in disbelief as he fell to the ground, dying with a look of unresolved shock on his face.

Elder Xu cried out in anguish as he watched Timothy Xu's tragic death.
The other attendees at the auction were stunned, their hearts pounding as they witnessed Levi Evan kill a Three-Star Colonel without hesitation.
